I've an androgynous charm, which makes myself popular with all genders. But I don't like my weak side to be seen. I might look cool on the surface but beneath it all, I'm really Passionate. Only people who know my true self can maintain a long-lasting relationship with me.

I was this close....to submit my resignation...

My employment agency has been very patient with me since the first POTENTIAL role I applied through them. When I didn't get much out of the first application, they have been quite persistent with introducing new vacancies to me which suit my criteria of skills, experience and qualifications. Within the last 3 weeks, I've been put through to 3 different new jobs applications but I wasn't up for jobs when they needed someone to travel across Regional Victoria.

This time around, he got me a phone interview at Invizage as they are recruiting a new team for their Remote Desktop Support department. I even used 8 hours to prepared for a 15mins brief interview but it was all worthwhile when the OM liked the way I communicated with him and he put me through the next stage where my second face-to-face panel interview with 2 other managers.

That was the first time I didn't feel much of the nervousness rushing through my body that would cause my mouth dry, lips trembling and clammy palms. The worst thing was to try really really hard to look good and smile infront of my interviewer but the more I tried to exaggerate my smiley face the more my facial muscle\lips would tremble followed by shaky words because my thoughts were all over the place in my head. Fortunately, I was all the opposite, I felt cool, calm and collected because they friggin made me wait for 15 minutes!

They asked me pretty much everything and anything e.g. How would I cope working in a male dominant environment, pressured situation and how well I can play badminton..hmmm...I confidently answered all of them as well as technical questions they prepared...it went on and on for 1 and a half hours. They started to feel very comfortable infront of me and we even joked about how the company is gonna be like when a girl suddenly appears in a male dominant company, about getting badminton coaching from me...WTH?! Anyway, everything went just as expected :-) brilliant!

2 hours later, my agency rang me and passed on the feedback Invizage had for me during the interview, they were impressed with my performance and would like to push me through to another stage but.....BUT...he declined the offer on behalf of me because they suddenly had a change of mind with the salary package they put with the role before the interview...how shitty poop! I can't believe it! I don't know why they changed their mind...seriously...so they suddenly decided that I do not have enough qualifications? not appealing enough? NOT BLONDE or BUSTY?! JEEEZz...I don't know...I'm baffled, I'm disappointed - Invizage is quite a reputable company to start with...I think they are so prestigious company, they require their employees to be up to the right standard I suppose *sigh* at least I've achieved something, it's my first time passed my Interview with flying colours...hehe..

Oh well, back to where I started...keep trying, keeping working, and keeping looking....
