I won the BID!

I heard about eBay years ago but didn't really know what it was and what purpose it serves but everyone seems to talk about it and spending time online bidding for stuff sold across the planet.
Well, now that I know - in fact, Carl is a eBay junkie himself I get to more about things you get to buy on eBay. Though I did sign up for an eBay account 12 months ago, I never ever place any bid for anything because I really prefer looking and examine them before paying a decent price to own them.
Then, I thought about getting some extra RAM and an external hard drive to do backups on my work laptop. I started bidding for a 320GB Seagate ext. hard drive. I didn't really get the chance to wait till the bidding time ends cause I don't have Internet at home but luckily I found an item ending later this afternoon and so I started bidding for this sleek looking Ventac Seagate 320GB HD and I did have time to stick around till the bidding time ends.
No one was bidding in the last acouple of hours and then the bidding frenzy started within the last 30mins. $175! $180.57! $185.90! $190.50.........$193.50!! I was like...OH OH! suckers! 10mins left....I put in $195.55!! then I realised I should have checked the retail price that the other seller put up....$185?!!! OMG! OMG!! COME ON PEOPLE...OUTBID ME NOW!! NOW!! 50sec, 40,.....,30,....NOW damn it! I don't want it..!!! NO NO NO!! 20 sec!!....finger getting sore from hitting the refresh button....OUTBID ME!!! 10, 9, 8, REFRESH!! still me! 3,2,1....DING!! CONGRATS, YOU GOT THE HIGHEST BID :-) OH crap, now I have to pay another $25 for the postage...nice one! I can see those people laughing at me "SUCKER!" :-P
Oh well, why the negative thinking....
HEY PEOPLE I GOT a 320GB HD for 200 bucks! YAY!!
